Leading Strategic Change and Innovation in Healthcare is a one-year coaching program for senior leaders who are looking to enhance their effectiveness in leading change through relevant, practical and timely learning and thought partnership with peers and highly skilled leadership coaches /consultants. The program is especially meaningful for clients who want to build upon and leverage planning work already done to bring key initiatives to life.

Program Overview

A. Intentions and Foundations

One Day Introductory Workshop and Setting Personal Goals in a 45 Minute Coaching Session – Our foundational workshop will introduce our model for sustainable change and support you to begin developing your intentions for your change work.  Immediately following the workshop, you will meet with your coach for a 45-minute session to set personal goals for the program, begin exploring the desired impact for your work and establish clear agreements for the coaching.

B. Mobilizing Change and Innovation

3 Full Day Workshops – One day session per quarter where the full cohort of the program will come together to explore principles, share learning and create goals and objectives for the next quarter. This is a unique opportunity to connect and learn from each other as well as deepening your practice with our model for sustainable change.

6 Coaching Sessions (45 minutes each) – Monthly coaching sessions between workshops with a change leadership coach/consultant from The Potential Group to support momentum, add insight and co-create solutions.  We will focus both on what you are learning about your change leadership and on concrete insight about the content of your change work.

C. Setting a Plan for the Future

45 Minute Closing Evaluation Session – A 45 minute meeting with your coach to assess progress and set goals for the future.

  Note: As of June 30, 2021, LSCI workshops will run virtually, until Toronto Public Health advises otherwise. Expect a hybrid of virtual and in-person sessions. Virtual sessions may have condensed timing

Fees for the program are $5900, which includes all workshops and coaching sessions for the year.
