Our coaching programs support you to be the person you most want to be and to have the impact you aspire to.

Coaching is a one-on-one relationship between a coach and a client that supports personal and professional development based on the client’s individual goals.

Each coaching connection is a unique relationship, guided by the client’s needs, hopes and goals; the role of a coach is to ask powerful questions, to listen, to provide resources when needed, and to empower the client to take action about the things that are most important to them.

Coaching can be about any place where you have a desire for some change or a goal to pursue, in work or life. In whatever situation you are in, we explore what’s most important to you, what gives you meaning, and what you most want to be true. And we come up with actions to make that happen.

As coaches, we are not experts or problem solvers — we’re here to create a process and trusted space that guides you to reflect on what you want, and supports you in moving toward it. When it’s helpful, we offer resources and insights from our expertise — but this is your life story, and our role is to give you the tools, energy and confidence to write it.

When could coaching be helpful at work?

You have a new role and would like to set intentions and reflect on how you want to be most effective.

You are part of leading a change or strategy and aren’t sure how to engage people.

You are feeling ready to be done the role you’re in now but don’t know where you want to go.

You know where you want to go but don’t know how to get there.

You are feeling burnt out or don’t have any energy for your work.

You are feeling a bit lost in your work.

You have a brilliant idea and want to figure out how to make it happen.

You feel you aren’t as effective in your role as you would like to be.

You have a specific aspect of your work you’d like to improve on.

You would like to have more of a sense of purpose.

You feel unsure about how to live your fullest at work.

You need a sounding board for a strategic idea.

You feel you are replaying patterns from other parts of your life at work.

You want to figure out how to navigate relationships at work.

You want to work on confidence or “imposter syndrome”

… In other words, coaching can help in any aspect of being human at work.
