Danny Nashman has 28 years of experience as a consultant, and certified coach in strategy and change leadership. As the founder of The Potential Group, he has played a key role leading strategic change and innovation in health systems and other social enterprises. His work focuses on providing frameworks, tools and guidance that help create strategy and bring change to life with efficiency, high engagement and momentum. He is a skilled designer and facilitator of inclusive and accessible initiatives and interactions that result in increased alignment, direction and focus. His clients include hospitals, health networks, Universities, NGOs, social service agencies, government agencies and international development organizations.

As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Danny brings a commitment to full inclusion to all his work. He has recently completed the San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety training and is in an ongoing process of learning about creating safe spaces for generative dialogue.

Danny is a leader in the field of Generative Change Leadership and is a guest lecturer at University of Toronto Temerty Medicine’s, Centre for Faculty Development. He also teaches the yearlong Leading Strategic Change and Innovation Coaching Program run by The Potential Group.
