Be a stronger leader and change-maker with our learning programs

Leading Strategic Change and Innovation in Health and Higher Education is a one-year coaching and learning program for senior leaders who are looking to enhance their effectiveness in leading change through relevant, practical and timely learning and thought partnership with peers and highly skilled leadership coaches /consultants. The program is especially meaningful for clients who want to build upon and leverage planning work already done to bring key initiatives to life.

Join us for a full year program dedicated to helping leaders orchestrate and implement strategic change projects in healthcare and academic organizations with powerful, sustainable results.

The LSCI format is four one-day workshops. In these workshops, you will learn how to use our generative model for sustainable change, develop your strengths as a values-based, purposeful leader, and gain support for effecting meaningful change in your own context.

The workshops are supplemented by eight 1:1 coaching sessions (virtual), with your assigned coach.

Our flagship learning program is our year-long Leading Strategic Change and Innovation (LSCI) program.

Fees and How to Apply

Fees: The cost of this program is $5900, which includes all workshops and coaching sessions for the year. EARLY BIRD RATE is $4900 if you apply and provide a deposit before March 30, 2024. (Discounted rates are available for organizations and people from equity-deserving groups).

Note: Three of the four workshops are virtual and take place on Zoom; the other one may be in person in Toronto. All coaching sessions are virtual and take place with on Zoom or by phone

We also offer customized learning programs and workshops

  • Every year, we create versions of our LSCI program customized to specific teams or organizations. Leaders form strong communities as they build their individual capacity as leaders.

  • We work with several organizations to offer change workshops within existing leadership or development programs.

  • We provide customized workshops for generative Board governance and leading adaptive strategy.

  • We shadow folks who are leading strategy and change to support and coach them as they apply generative change principles.

  • We package different aspects of our coaching and learning to topic-specific workshops, including values and purpose, navigating priority-setting around personal purpose, leading in complex systems and many other topics.
