Our work has always been focused on inclusive strategy development, amplifying marginalized and unheard voices in creating the future. We have continually reflected on and evolved practices to build our capacity to influence justice, equity, inclusion, accessibility and anti-oppressive practices.

We recognize that simply creating opportunities to engage are not enough to transcend structural inequities, and that marginalized and racialized voices need to be amplified and brought into the centre in novel ways. This work has included our own personal learning, decolonizing our teaching curriculum and crafting principles for the most effective and empowering involvement of vulnerable voices.

We have also committed to building capacity for generative engagement in marginalized communities. We offer discounted and no-fee coaching, training and consulting for racialized youth health leaders and physician advocacy groups.
