Jackie McCaffrey

Project Director and Consultant

Jackie has been working in the academic and healthcare sectors for over 15 years. She has extensive experience working in and with most of the TAHSN hospitals in Toronto as well as with other major academic and health care institutions across Ontario and Canada. Jackie spent many years working as a project manager with the Centre for Faculty Development, University of Toronto before joining The Potential Group and uses her expertise to oversee all projects and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. 

In addition, Jackie is a graduate of the Leading Strategic Change and Innovation Program and a skilled facilitator, using the tools and knowledge from the program to lead generative engagement sessions for our clients. 

Jackie is a true lifelong learner and continues to develop her skills in a broad range of areas, allowing her to be truly innovative and creative in all her work.
